Newest Release: The Klarus P20 Penlight
Exciting news folks! Klarus has recently released their newest flashlight tool the P20! This newest addition to their flashlight family is an excellent penlight that’s compact, easy to carry around, and versatile. Klarus has come out with so many new and exciting lights, but this will be their first pen light. It’s quite compact and can easily fit in a shirt pocket or pants pocket next to pens you might carry. The size is perfect for someone who is always on-the-go and the pocket clip will allow you to easily access the P20 and not worry about it falling out of your pocket and losing it. Let’s take a closer look at this new penlight!
Features of the Klarus P20
The P20 has a Nichia High CRI LED that gives off a soft more natural diffused light. This softer light is easier on your eyes. The P20 has three brightness levels: high - 230 lumens, medium - 66 lumens, and low - 4 lumens. The low brightness level gives off such a soft light that it can be used to safely examine eyes. With these different brightness levels and the softness of the light itself, the P20 is perfect for eye doctors, nurses, students, engineers, and more. The P20 also features a memory function so it will remember the last brightness level you used. If you’re constantly using the low mode then this memory function is necessary! Not only will it prevent blinding your patients, but it will also conserve the battery by always turning on in the low brightness level.
The P20 was made with convenience in mind. You can operate the P20 with the simple tail switch design. With a single switch you can turn the flashlight ON and OFF and cycle through the brightness levels. No need to worry about learning a ton of features or dealing with several switches. You’ll pick it up and learn how to operate this light in a matter of seconds. The P20 runs on two AAA batteries which are inexpensive and convenient. Most of us have spare AAA’s in our houses for other devices. Finally, the P20 is incredibly durable. It’s shock resistant up to 1.5 meters so you don’t have to worry about the occasional clumsy day (or if you’re like me, days) where you drop everything. The P20 is also waterproof up to IPX8 standards so you can take it out in a heavy rainstorm and it’ll still function just fine!
