Features of the Klarus ST15
The ST15 is a compact lightweight LED flashlight that comes with a pocket clip so it’s easy to carry around while you’re hiking or camping. You can clip it onto your pack or clip it onto your pocket for easy access. It delivers 1100 lumens and has a maximum beam distance of just over 300 meters so you have a good throw to it and a great focused beam. It also features four brightness modes: turbo - 1100 lumens, high - 400 lumens, medium - 100 lumens, and low - 10 lumens. You probably won’t be using the turbo mode all the time and you have several modes to pick from which is a plus. The ST15 also has a memory function so if you find yourself using the medium mode the most, you can simple turn the flashlight off while in that mode and it will turn onto the medium mode the next time you use it.
Extra Features of the Klarus ST15
Klarus also included an awesome battery capacity indicator on the ST15. The indicator will glow green when it the battery is 70%-100% charged. It will glow orange when it is 30%-70% charged. It will glow red when the battery is under 30% and will flash red when the battery power drops under 10%. With this indicator you can consistently know what the charge of the battery is and plan your usage accordingly. The ST15 is compatible with 18650 batteries or CR123 batteries so you can replace the battery with whatever you have on hand. Not to mention, it also tail-stands so you can use this flashlight as a lantern whenever you need to! The ST15 is packed with features that make it one awesome camping flashlight!
